Tshering Dorji is certified in ComTIA Security+ and has been working with Bhutan Computer Incident Response Team (BtCIRT) since 2023.
With over 20 years of experience in ICT within district administration, he has executed LAN installations across all government agencies in the district and actively planned and advocated for digital literacy.
He is a passionate seeker of new knowledge. He holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Applications.
