Dr. Tshering Cigay Dorji is a technology leader with interests in digital transformation, Innovation and AI.
He currently serves as a Commissioner of the Royal Civil Service Commission, Bhutan, and as a member of the Steering Committee and IT Domain Lead for the Desuung Skilling Program, Bhutan’s nation-wide youth skilling program.
Prior to that, he served as the EVP of SELISE Digital Platforms (Bhutan), a Swiss software company, and as the CEO of Thimphu TechPark, Bhutan’s flagship IT development initiative.
